INSTRUCTIONS
1. Set the Cook-It-All's skillet/wok in a bed of coals (or stovetop).
2. Preheat to medium-high heat.
3. In a resealable plastic bag, combine beef tips, soy sauce, honey and ginger.
4. Cut bell peppers and onions in strips and top asparagus.
5. Add canola (or sesame) oil to the skillet/wok. Blister tomatoes for 1-2 minutes.
6. Discard beef tips marinade and sear beef for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove beef from Cook-It-All.
7. Using oil as needed, add onion, bell peppers and asparagus.
8. Stir-fry for 2 min.
9. Add remaining vegetables and garlic; stir-fry for an additional 7-10 min.
10. Top with blistered tomatoes and serve with pre-made rice.
11. Season to taste.
