INSTRUCTIONS
1. In large sauce pan cook margarine, sugar and water until margarine is melted. Add chocolate and stir until part melted.
2. Remove from heat and stir until all melted.
3. Pour into large mixing bowl and let stand 10 minutes to cool.
4. With mixer mix on high while beating in eggs one at a time.
5. Reduce to low and add dry ingredients until blended. Chill dough one hour for handling.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F.
7. Roll dough into tsp size balls.
8. Place 2" apart.
9. Bake 12-13 minutes, no longer.
10. Will crisp as they cool.
11. Remove and place mint on cookie and swirl to decorate them.
