INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil in dutch oven to approx 300°F
2. Place fillet(s) in sautee pan
3. Squeeze some lemon in fish
4. Pour some worstershire sauce on fish
5. Season fish with salt and pepper
6. Coat fish with flour
7. Dip floured fish in egg wash
8. Coat fish in cornmeal
9. Place fillets in boiling oil
10. Once cornmeal is browned, fish is done
