INGREDIENTS
1 Lb Elbow Macaroni Or Rotini Or Penne Pasta, Cooked
½ Cup Celery, Diced
1 Can Tuna, Drained
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
½ Cup Mayo
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In large pot boil the pasta in salted water.
2. Drain pasta and cool.
3. Mix pasta with celery, tuna and seasonings.
4. Stir in vinegar and mayonnaise and mix well. If not moist enough, add more mayonnaise.
NOTES
This is Joe's favorite pasta salad.
