INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Saute onions in butter or oil until softened but not browned.
2. Place pork chops in a shallow, greased ovenproof dish. Pile onions on top, and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Pour wine into the bottom of the dish. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake for 45 minutes.
4. Garnish with lemon wedges.
