INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trim fat cap from pork shoulder
2. Cut pork shoulder into 2 even pieces
3. Generously coat all sides of the pork shoulder with dry rub
4. Set Multi Cooker to Saute setting
5. When at temperature, put pork pieces in cooker and brown all sides
6. Once browned, turn off multi-cooker
7. Add about 1/2 to 2/3 of the coke can to multi-cooker
8. Add BBQ sauce to multi-cooker
9. Close multi-cooker and set to high pressure and 80 mins
10. When meat is done pull apart using two forks
11. Save liquid to use as sauce along with more BBQ sauce
12. Serve on rolls with cole slaw
