INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large pot heat the oil. Squash the garlic and add to the hot oil for a minute. Then add the two cans of tomatoes. Add salt and pepper and let simmer for at least an hour.
2. Combine the meat with the breadcrumbs, the egg and some salt and pepper. Add a little water when mixing to keep the meat moist.
3. Make small meatballs with a melon ball tool. About 1 inch in diameter or less.
4. Brown the meatballs in a little oil then add them to the tomato gravy.
5. Simmer for 10 or 15 minutes then add the string beans. (You can use fresh or frozen too, but cook them first).
