INSTRUCTIONS
1. Brown garlic and onion in a generous amount of oil and 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1 can of clams and all of the juice.
2. Add the second can of clams or a can of calamari (cut them up) and a small amount of the juice. Add a little wine and squeeze a wedge of lemon in. Add ¼ cup water and ¼ cup oil.
3. Season with oregano, basil, parsley and garlic powder to taste.
4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over linguini or angel hair pasta.
